Calibration Services
As with all highly sensitive electronic test equipment, regular calibration is required in order to ensure and maintain manufacturer standards and specifications. Pasadena Scientific provides calibration services for its products using documented standards and traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Calibration intervals may vary based on operating temperature, humidity, vibration, and cycle count. Pasadena Scientific recommends annual calibration for all thermal transient test sets. A copy of all calibration records are kept on-site for a minimum of 10 years and are available upon customer request.
Rentals & Evaluation Systems
Pasadena Scientific offers both short-term and long-term rental systems for customers performing process development, product evaluation, validation work, temporary production support, or extended manufacturing programs.
Rental systems provide access to full PSI thermal transient testing capability without the lead time associated with a new system purchase. Evaluation units can also be used to verify compatibility with existing test methods and manufacturing workflows prior to deployment.
Application Support & Custom Solutions
Pasadena Scientific has over 50 years of experience in thermal transient testing across semiconductor, bridgewire, airbag initiator, and electro-explosive device (EED) applications.
In addition to standard PSI platforms, Pasadena Scientific supports customers with application-specific testing requirements, automation workflows, fixture integration, software customization, and specialized measurement configurations. Our experience across both engineering and production environments allows us to assist customers in developing practical thermal transient testing solutions for demanding applications.
