The PSI 730 is Pasadena Scientific’s flagship thermal transient test set for EED, bridgewire, squib, and initiator testing. It is designed for nondestructive engineering evaluation, production screening, and automated test environments where accuracy, repeatability, and traceability are critical.

The 730 combines precision current pulse generation, high-resolution waveform capture, automatic calculation of EED thermal characteristics, configurable pass/fail limits, and test data logging in a single stand-alone system. External trigger, sync, USB, HDMI, and Ethernet/syslog connections support integration with larger test and production systems.

Built on decades of Pasadena Scientific thermal transient test experience, the 730 provides a modern platform for engineering and manufacturing workflows while maintaining compatibility with established 605 and 630 test methods through legacy operating modes.
